OBJECTIVES

OBJECTIVES

The recovery program for Islamic higher education in disaster areas of Aceh and North Sumatra is aimed at guaranteeing the implementation of Islamic higher education through recovery measures and reconstructing Ar-Raniry IAIN and other tsunami affected Islamic higher education.

The program is designed to cover the following targets:

1.    Concentrated internal and external sources to cope with problems of Islamic higher education in disaster areas.

2.    All the victims from the academic circle of Ar-Raniri IAIN and other private Islamic higher education will get emergency assistances and recovery supports.

3.    Implemented educational process for the students who still live in Aceh and those who leave Aceh temporarely.

4.    Implemented rehabilitation actions and the reconstruction of Ar-Raniri IAIN following the disaster.

5.    Arranged renovation and educational reorientation of Ar-Raniri IAIN of Banda Aceh.
