DIVISION OF CONTRIBUTION

1.    THE DIRECTORATE OF ISLAMIC HIGHER EDUCATION

The Directorate of Islamic Higher Education is committed to recover and reestablish the Ar-Raniri IAIN, including the following commitments:

a.    To collect data and comprehensive assessment as soon as possible.

b.    To provide necessary assistances for the lecturers.

c.     To provide scholarship for the students.

d.    To design classes in emergency states.

e.    To organize trainings on motivation improvement.

f.      To organize programs on community empowerment after the disaster.

g.    To allocate additional number of civil servants at Ar-Raniri IAIN.

h.    To send volunteers from other Islamic higher educational institutions available to become lecturers and administration staff at the Ar-Raniri IAIN.

i.       To mobilize funding sources from central government and international donors.

j.      To coordinate the revision and the relocation of DIPA as well as the use of ABT.

 

  1. AR-RANIRI IAIN

The DIPA of Ar-Raniri IAIN for the fiscal year of 2005/2006 is plausible for revision and relocation, especially for the following activities:

a.    Financing the operational budget of the Information and Aid Center for Ar-Raniri IAIN.

b.    Cleaning up the environment of Ar-Raniri IAIN from ruined buildings.

c.     Temporary rehabilitation of strategic buildings.

d.    Financing emergency instructional process.

e.    Providing communication and office equipments.

 

3.    OTHER INSTITUTIONS

Other institutions, including central government, banks and other international institutions are expected to be committed to the recovery of Ar-Raniri IAIN, especially in the following commitments:

a.    Preparing emergency residences.

b.    Comprehensive assessment support.

c.     Rehabilitation support.

d.    Aid or soft loan for repairing and renovating the houses of lecturers and administration staff.

e.    Aid or soft loan for medical treatment and economic recovery of the lecturers and the administration staff and their families.

f.      Supports for mobilizing volunteers to the Ar-Raniri IAIN.

g.    Distributing aids of books and instructional equipments.

h.    Trauma counseling program.

i.       Community development program.

j.      Strategic planning.

k.     Redesigning the concept of the educational development of the Ar-Raniri IAIN.

a.    Reestablishing a modern Ar-Raniri IAIN.
